This was a truly memorable stay for three more nights later in our stay. We had a fantastic double room with a stunning view on Cuzco's hills. We really enjoyed both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was stunning, close to the center of town. We had lunch in Polleria Grimaldos, located nearby...

Booked a twin room, that included a free coffee and closet space. The breakfast food was good and included coffee and cakes. Its location was central, steps away from a minor basilica.

The staff was friendly and cute.
The room was unbearably hot. I struggled to sleep as there was no AC or fan provided. The lack of fresh air was a major inconvenience, especially at night. I encountered issues with the hot water. It was often cold, disappointing after a long day of exploring.

The local eats around Union Hotel are a treasure trove! Don't miss Polleria Grimaldos for that crispy, finger-licking chicken. Plus, the live music vibe at sunset is something that warms your heart. The alpaca in the courtyard just adds to the charm!
The music can carry a bit too loudly in the evening, which might ruffle some feathers after a long day. The inconsistent hot water was also a bit of a bummer post-adventure.

The live music shows every night were awesome and made our evenings more fun. Breakfast was really good, and there's great access to nearby attractions. Just a heads up that the shower took a few minutes to warm up, but the pressure was excellent.

We had a fantastic time during our stay, especially enjoying the huge, comfy bed and the relaxing hot shower after a long day of exploring. The hotel has a lovely garden area where you can chill, and there's even live music in the courtyard to enjoy in the evenings. Just a heads up, the water pressure in our room was a bit low at times but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 🌼
